Q: Is the RAM upgradable ? What is the max. capacity?
A: ZEB-NBC 3S/4S/5S > 2 channel DDR4 with maximum memory of 64GB (two sticks of 32GB)
ZEB-NBC 1S/2S does not have an upgradable ram.
Note - It is recommended to take the laptop to the authorized service center for ram upgrade.
Q: Can I expand the storage? What is the max. capacity?
A.  ZEB-NBC 1S/2S > one additional M.2 2242 is available, with a support of 512GB max.
ZEB-NBC 3S/4S/5S > an additional 2.5 inch sata SSD/HDD can be Installed with a maximum of 1TB.
Note - It is recommended to take the laptop to the authorized service center for storage upgrade.
Q: How to connect a laptop to an external display?
A: ZEB-NBC 1S/2S > use mini HDMI to HDMI cable and connect it to required Display.
ZEB-NBC 3S/4S/5S > use HDMI to HDMI cable and connect it to required Display.
Type C port can be also used for display output.
Q: Does it support 4k in the HDMI port?
A: .Yes, ZEB-NBC 1S/2S/3S/4S/5S supports 4k with HDMI at 60Hz.

BIOS FAQ
Q: How to enter the BIOS ?
A: Turn ON the computer.
     Wait until the boot screen appears, then press ESC key continuously until it enters the BIOS menu.
Q: How to Boot the system from a USB flash drive ?
A. Plug in your Bootable Pendrive.
Under the Boot Overdrive option select the USB drive you want to boot.
On the BIOS menu, navigate to the “Save and Exit” section.
Press Enter.
Q: How to Enable/Disable “Secure Boot” ?
A: On BIOS page, navigate to “Security” Tab
Click on “Secure Boot” option
Select Enable/Disable as per preference.
Q:  How to restore BIOS settings ?

Getting started with Windows 11

  • Security: Set up security measures such as Windows Hello for biometric authentication or PIN login, you device comes with fingerprint login. You can also enable Windows Defender Antivirus for Real-Time Protection against malware

How to enable fingerprint
To enable fingerprint recognition on your Windows 11 device, you can follow these steps:    
  • Open Settings.
  • Click on Accounts.
  • On the right side, click on Sign-in options.
  • Under the Ways to sign in section, select Fingerprint recognition.
  • Click the Setup button to enable the Windows Hello fingerprint feature.

You will be prompted to enter your account password or PIN. Once you have done that, you can register your fingerprint by touching the scanner with your finger a few times. After that, you should be able to use your fingerprint to sign in to your device.

How to uninstall Apps & Windows updates:-
  In Windows 11, you can uninstall apps via the Start menu, Settings, or Control Panel. The procedures for removing apps using these techniques are as follows:

For uninstalling Apps
Using Start menu:
  • Select All Apps in the upper right of the menu by clicking the Start button.
  • Find the app you wish to remove, right-click on its icon, and choose Uninstall from the pop-up menu.
Utilizing Settings:
  • To launch Settings, use the keyboard shortcut Windows + i.
  • Select Apps & Features by clicking Apps on the sidebar.
  • Locate the app you wish to uninstall in the list of apps by scrolling down, clicking the three dots next to it, and then choosing Uninstall.
The Control Panel:
  •  Select Uninstall a Program after opening the Control Panel.
  • The program you wish to delete can be found by scrolling through the app list, choosing it, and then clicking the delete button in the toolbar above the list
For uninstalling Windows Update
Utilizing Settings:
  • After clicking Settings, go to Windows Update.
  • Select Uninstall next to the update you wish to remove by clicking Update history.
Create backup for windows 11
You can utilize the Backup and Restore tool to make a complete backup of your Windows 11 computer. This is how:
  • Launch Start.
  • To launch the application, enter "Control Panel" and click the first result.
  •  Select System and Security by clicking.
  • Select Backup and Restore by clicking it.
  •  Select System Image Backup.

  • Check for a physical camera’s Privacy Shutter: Make sure that camera Shutter is in the correct position.
  • Update camera drivers: Out-dated or incompatible camera drivers can cause issues.
  • Disable conflicting applications: Certain applications or services may interfere with your camera’s functionality. Try disabling or closing any unnecessary applications running in the background.

  • Please ensure that the sound output is configured for the appropriate device by verifying the quick settings.
  • Run the audio trouble-shooter from the sound icon on the taskbar.
  • Update, uninstall, or reinstall the sound drivers from Device Manager. Out-dated or faulty drivers can cause audio problems.
  • Change the sound enhancement and advanced settings from Speaker Properties. Adjusting these settings might help resolve certain audio issues.
  •  Restore defaults if none of the above methods work.
