Easy service support for consumers in smaller cities

Cochin, October 2013: Zebronics, a familiar name in the IT peripheral industry, has recently launched 8 new satellite care points (SCP) at Kasargod, Wayanad, Malappuram, Palakkad, Ernakulam & Idukki, Kottayam, Alappuzha and Pathanamthitta districts, in its drive to provide better after-sales-experience to consumers even in the nooks and corners of Kerala.

The initiative is to help consumers eliminate travel time to Zeb Care points in select main cities for service of products post sales.

The specialty is that under SCPs, Zebronics is also providing on-site support for the end consumers within City limits. For dealers, the on-site service will be provided even beyond City limits. The onsite support is limited to Speakers, LED monitors and UPS.

Each SCP, operating under franchise partner mode, is armed with two or more dedicated employees of L2 skills Level who can provide after-sales free support for all Zebronics for the products which are under warranty.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Rajesh Doshi, Director Purchase & Marketing, Zebronics, said "Kerala is one of the few states where we have 3 branch offices.
