Q: How to connect a mobile for wireless music? (Stereo Pairing mode)

A: The L & R earphones would automatically pair with each other, soon after they are taken out of the charging case.
    (or)
    Power ON the earphones by long pressing the multi functional button on both of the earphones.Once both the earphones are paired with one another,
    you would hear a voice prompt stating "CONNECTED".
    Now search for "ZEB-DUO" on your device's BT menu.
    Tap the device name "ZEB-DUO" to connect it. (Password - 0000, if prompted)
    When paired, a Blue LED (in both the earphones) would blink once in every 5 seconds.

Q: How to connect a mobile for wireless music? (Individual Pairing mode)

Power ON the earphone by long pressing the multi functional button on it.
    Double press the multi functional button on any one of the earphone to convert the earphones to individual mode.
    You would hear a voice prompt stating "DISCONNECTED" on both the earphones.
    Switch ON BT in your smartphone and search for nearby devices.
You would notice two "ZEB-DUO" in the BT list, select to connect it. (Password - 0000, if prompted)

Q: How to connect back the earphones into Stereo mode from Individual mode?

To pair both the earphones with each other from individual mode back to stereo, double press the multi function button on which the individual mode was initiated.
You would hear a voice prompt stating "CONNECTED" on both the earphones.

Q: What are the different charging LED indications?

A: While in Discover mode (Stereo): Red and Blue LED would blink alternatively on one earphone, and Blue LED would blink once in 5 seconds on the other earphone.
While in Discover mode (Individual): Red and Blue LED would blink alternatively on both the earphones.
While the case is Charging: Blue LED blinks (4 levels) on the charging case.
    While the case is fully charged: Blue LED glows constantly.
    While the earphones are charging: Red LED glows constantly.
    While the earphones are fully charged: Blue LED glows constantly.

Q: What is the operating range of the ZEB-DUO in wireless mode?

A: 8-10 meters (without obstacles).

Q: How to trigger the Voice Assistant in using ZEB-DUO?

A: When the earphones are connected to a smartphone, long press the multi function button till you hear two beep indications.

Q: Does the earphones have call function?

A: Yes.

Q: What is the charging procedure?

A: The Earphones can be charged using the charging case. The Charging case can be charged using DC 5V adapter, through a micro USB cable.
