Q: How to connect the headphone?

A: Long press the Multi-Functional Button (MFB) to power on the headphones. They will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode (ensure the AUX cable is not connected). On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and select "ZEB-ENVY 2" to connect. No password is typically required.

Q: What are the different modes in the headphone ?

A: Wireless BT & AUX.

Q: What are the different LED indications?

A: Charging: Constant Red LED glows.
Fully Charged: Red LED turns OFF.
Bluetooth Pairing Mode: Red and Blue LEDs blink alternately (as per manual).
Connected to a Device: Blue LED flashes once every 5 seconds (as per manual).

Q: How to trigger Voice Assistant using the headphone?

A: Long press the pause/play functional button to trigger the voice assistant in your smartphone.

Q: How to control media using the headphone?

A: Short press the +/- button to increase/decrease the volume respectively.
Long press the +/- button to change to next/previous songs respectively.

Q: What is the operating range of the headphone in wireless mode?

A: 8-10 meters.

Q: Does the headphone have call function?
