FAQ - ZEB-JUKE BAR 2500 with Mic


Q:   How to power on/off the ZEB-JUKE BAR 2500?
A:  Press the STANDBY button on the remote control to power on and power off the sound bar.
Q:   What are the steps to turn on Bluetooth mode?
A:  Use the buttons on the Sound Bar or press the “input” button on your remote to initiate BT mode. A blue LED light will indicate that BT mode is active. Proceed to select “ZEB-JUKE BAR 2500.” Once the pairing is successful, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the LED light will remain illuminated.
Q:  How to activate AUX mode?
A:   Use the "input" button on the remote or sound bar to activate AUX mode. A green LED indicator will confirm AUX mode selection.
Q:    How to play audio via the USB port?
A:  When the USB flash drive is plugged in, the sound bar automatically switches to USB input mode. A Pink LED indicator will confirm USB mode selection.
Q:   What file types are supported on the USB flash drive?
A:  Ensure that your USB flash drive contains MP3 audio files..
Q:  What are the main functions of the remote control?
A:   The remote includes functions such as volume control, track navigation, mute, play/pause, reset, and EQ adjustments.
Q:   How to reset the sound bar to factory defaults?
A:   Press and hold the RESET button for more than 2 to 3 seconds to set all functions to manufacturer defaults
Q:   How to activate Optical mode?
A:  Use the "input" button on the remote or soundbar to activate Optical mode. An orange LED indicator will confirm Optical mode selection.
Q:   How to connect the wireless mic ?
A: Turn on the microphone; it will automatically connect to the soundbar.
Q:    How to connect the sound bar to TV using HDMI ARC?
A:  

Connect the HDMI ARC cable (version 1.4 or above) to the HDMI port on the sound bar and the ARC/EARC port on TV. Switch the sound bar to HDMI mode and enable HDMI CEC (Consumer Electronic Control) settings on TV.

Note:  HDMI-CEC settings may vary depending on TV model. Kindly approach the TV manufacturer for further assistance on the same.
