A: Connect the system to a power supply to enter standby mode (indicated by "- -" on the display). Verify that the blue LED on the back of the subwoofer is flashing slowly. Power on the soundbar using the remote or main panel and press INPUT to select AUX mode. Next, press and hold the PAIR button on the remote control until "SUB PAIR" appears on the display. Immediately press and hold the physical PAIR button on the rear of the subwoofer until its LED flashes rapidly. After 20–30 seconds, the indicator will turn solid blue to confirm a successful link. The components will now reconnect automatically during subsequent power cycles.
Q: What input ports are available on the soundbar?
A: The main soundbar interface panel includes the following ports:

AC IN: Connects the system to your main power supply.
OPTICAL: High-fidelity digital connection to a TV or external digital audio source.
AUX: Analog audio input using a 3.5mm or RCA interface cable.
FOR UPDATE ONLY: Dedicated data port reserved exclusively for service firmware installations.

A: The remote control provides complete system adjustment through the following functions:

  • Standby: Toggles the soundbar system power on or off.

  • Previous / Next Track: Controls media navigation strictly when operating in USB or Bluetooth modes.

  • Play / Pause: Manages track playback in USB or Bluetooth modes, and serves as a system Mute / Unmute toggle in all other audio input modes.

  • EQ: Short-press to cycle through optimized equalizer profiles (Music, Movie, News, and Sports).

  • INPUT: Toggles through the available audio sources (AUX, USB, TV eARC, Optical, and Bluetooth).

  • PAIR: In AUX mode, press and hold for over 2 seconds to initiate subwoofer linking. In Bluetooth mode, press and hold for over 2 seconds to enter device discovery or reconnect to your last mobile source.

  • INFO: Displays the active audio signal format during TV (eARC) or Optical playback modes.

  • Setup (Gear icon): Accesses internal configuration menus to tune Bass, Treble, and Center channels.

Q: How to connect the soundbar to a TV or digital component using an Optical cable?
A: Connect a digital optical cable from the soundbar's OPTICAL port to the digital optical output port on your source device. Open your television's audio settings menu and set the digital audio output configuration to PCM format or Stereo. Press the soundbar INPUT button to switch to OPTICAL mode to receive the signal.
Q: How to use the AUX port for audio playback from external devices?
A: Plug a standard 3.5mm-to-3.5mm or an RCA-to-3.5mm media cable into your source device (such as a smartphone, PC, or TV headphone socket) and connect the other end to the soundbar's AUX port. Short-press the INPUT button until the soundbar switches over to the AUX channel layout.
Q: How to connect a smartphone or mobile device via Bluetooth?
A:  Press the INPUT button to switch the soundbar over to Bluetooth (BT) mode. Open the wireless settings menu on your mobile source device, turn on Bluetooth visibility, and select ZEB-JUKE BAR 9525 from the discovery list to pair. If your operating system prompts you for a security pin code during setup, input 0000.
Q: What are the drive requirements for playing audio via the USB port?
A: Insert a compatible USB flash drive containing MP3, ALAC, or FLAC files directly into the soundbar's USB port. The system will instantly detect the storage medium and automatically toggle over to the USB interface channel. (Note: The USB drive must be formatted properly and must not exceed a maximum capacity limit of 32GB).
Q:   How to adjust individual Bass, Treble, and Center speaker channel levels?
A: Press the Setup button on the remote control to highlight the specific audio frequency parameter you wish to tune (Bass, Treble, or Center). While the option is active on the screen, use the + button to increase the output or the - button to lower it. All individual channel profiles feature an adjustable calibration range spanning from -5 to +5.
Q: How to activate and experience Dolby Audio / Dolby Atmos playback?
A: High-fidelity multichannel decoding is strictly supported through the digital TV (eARC) input channel. Ensure that you are using a certified 19-core High-Speed HDMI cable linked to an Atmos-enabled television. You must also enter the advanced digital audio output configurations on your TV or media device and select "No Encoding" (Bitstream) or PCM format to transfer the uncompressed audio data.
