Q: How to pair the subwoofer & satellites with the sound bar?
A:  Power on sound bar, subwoofer and satellite with appropriate power cord/ adapters.
Press the “Input” button to change mode to AUX.(Pairing can be done only under AUX mode, please make sure display shows “AUX”)
Long press the “Pair” button for 3 seconds on the remote, then sound bar LED display will show “SUB PAIR”.
Simultaneously press the “Pair” button on the both satellites (rear side) and main subwoofer (rear side) to start pairing process
The blue LED indicator blinks rapidly for pairing mode. Once successfully paired, a Blue LED indicator will glow constantly. The sound bar LED display with “SUB PAIR” will disappear and show “AUX”.

NOTE:
If necessary repeat the above process after restart, thereafter the speakers will pair automatically.
To avoid interference, make sure the speaker is placed away from any 2.4 GHz wireless devices.
Simultaneous pressing the “Pair” button on the remote, subwoofer & both satellites will make pairing process fast.

Q:  How to connect the sound bar to TV using HDMI ARC?
A: Connect the HDMI ARC cable (version 2.1 or above) to the HDMI port on the sound bar and the ARC/EARC port on your TV. Switch the sound bar to HDMI mode and enable HDMI CEC (Consumer Electronic Control) settings on your TV.

Note: HDMI-CEC settings may vary depending on your TV model. Kindly approach the TV manufacturer for further assistance on the same.
If the sound bar is connected to the ARC port of the TV, ARC will be displayed on the sound bar. If the sound bar is connected to the EARC port of the TV, then EARC will be displayed on the sound bar.

Q:  How to connect the sound bar to TV using an Optical cable?
A: Connect the sound bar to your TV using an optical cable and switch the sound bar to Optical mode.

Note:  Depending on your TV’s make and model, you may need to switch the speaker output to optical.

Q:  How to use the Aux input on the sound bar?
A: Connect your PC, tablet, smartphone, or TV’s headphone socket to the AUX socket on the sound bar using a 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm audio cable. Alternatively, use an RCA to 3.5 mm audio cable to connect your TV’s audio output sockets to the AUX socket on the sound bar. Then, switch the sound bar to AUX mode and play audio from your chosen source.
Q:  How to connect the sound bar via Bluetooth?
A:  Turn on the sound bar, press the input button to switch to BT mode, and search for “ZEB-JUKE BAR  9850” on your phone. Once connected, the BT indicator on the display will stop flickering.
Q:  How to play music via the USB port?
A: Insert a FAT32 formatted USB flash drive (up to 32 GB) containing only Mp3 files into the USB port of the sound bar. The sound bar will automatically detect and play the songs.This mode isn’t selectable unless a USB flash drive is connected.
Q:   How to change the channel position of the satellite speakers?
A:  A selection switch provided on the rear side of the satellite speakers to change the channel position (S Right ⇽⇾ S Left).
Q:   How to switch modes on the sound bar?
A:  Use the Input button on your remote to toggle between BT, USB, AUX, HDMI-eARC or Optical modes.
Q:   How to use the Mic?
A:  Using the settings button enables the Karaoke effect ON to use it. Using the setting button Microphone volume level, Echo level can be customized and Karaoke vocal cancel can be turned ON/OFF.
Q:   What are the audio settings/ customization can be done using the settings button?
A:  Press settings button to do customization:
For Karaoke effect +/- ON/OFF (OFF by default-Mic only),
To adjust Microphone level +/- (0 to 10, 5 by default),
To adjust Echo level +/- (0 to 10, 5 by default),
For Karaoke Vocal Cancel ON/OFF (OFF by default),
Toggle LED lighting mode (LE 0 to LE 16),
To adjust Bass level +/- (-5 to +5, 0 by default),
To adjust Treble level +/-(-5 to +5,0 by default),
To adjust Center level +/-(-5 to +5, 0 by default),
To adjust Surround level +/- (-5 to +5, 0 by default).
Q:   How to change the equalizer?
A:  Short press the EQ button to toggle between Music, Movie, Voice, Live, Sports mode.
Long press the button for 3 seconds to ON/OFF Surround effect.
Q:  How to customize LED light on the sides of the sound bar?
A:  LE 0--LED lighting ON/OFF
LE 1-LE 7--Single color mode: Blue/Pink/Red/Orange/Green/Light white/Dark white
LE 8-LE 14--Single color breathing mode:
Blue/Pink/Red/Orange/Green/Light white/Dark white
LE 15--Breathing cycle mode
LE 16--Cycle mode.
Q:    How to know the type of content it is playing?
A:   Short press the “INFO” button on the remote, it displays the type of the content it is playing. If the content is DOLBY ATMOS, then it will display the same. If the content is Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital plus, Dolby true HD or Dolby surround it will display Dolby surround.
Q:    What does the RED LED on the subwoofer & satellite speakers mean?
A:  If the sound bar is turned off, more than 3 minutes, the subwoofer and satellite speakers will go to stand-by mode displaying a RED LED.
Q:    What is the connectivity range of the satellite speakers with the sound bar?
A:  Place the satellite speakers within 10 meters of range from the sound bar.
