Q: How to pair the soundbar with the wireless subwoofer?
A: Connect the soundbar system to the power supply. The soundbar will be in standby mode (display shows "- -"). The blue LED indicator on the rear of the wireless subwoofer will flash slowly, indicating it is not paired with the main soundbar.

Press the STANDBY button on the main soundbar or on the remote control to power it on.
Press the INPUT button to select AUX input mode on the soundbar.
Press and hold the PAIR button on the remote control. "SUB PAIR" will be displayed on the main soundbar.
Meanwhile, press and hold the PAIR button on the rear of the wireless subwoofer until the LED indicator starts flashing quickly. This means they are in pairing mode.
After about 20-30 seconds, the blue LED indicator on the rear of the wireless subwoofer will stop flashing and remain solid blue, confirming a successful pairing with the main soundbar.

The units will automatically pair after this initial successful setup, even if they are switched off and on again.

Q:  What input ports are available on the soundbar?
A:
  • AC IN: Connect to power supply.
  • OPTICAL: Connect to an optical audio output on TV or digital devices.
  • AUX: Audio input from MP3 / phone / set-top box devices.
  • FOR UPDATE ONLY: Used exclusively for firmware updates.
  • TV (eARC): Connect to TV (eARC/ARC).
  • USB: Connect a USB flash drive to the USB port on the soundbar.
Q: What are the main buttons on the remote control?
A: The remote control includes buttons for:
  • Standby (Power on/off).
  •  Volume + / -: Master Volume Increase and Decrease.
  •  Previous/Next Track: Only works in USB & BT Mode.
  •  Play/Pause: Play/Pause tracks in USB and BT modes. In other modes, this button functions to Mute or Unmute.
  • EQ: Short press to toggle EQ modes (Music, Movie, News, Sports).
  • INPUT: Select input source (AUX, USB, TV eARC, Optical, and BT mode).
  • PAIR: In AUX mode, press and hold for more than 2 seconds to pair the wireless subwoofer. In BT mode, press and hold for more than 2 seconds to pair or reconnect a BT device.
  • INFO: Check signal format on TV (eARC) / Optical mode.
  • Setup: Press to adjust Bass, Treble, and Center levels, or to toggle Auracast.
  • + / - Buttons: Used under the setup button to increase or decrease levels, or to toggle Auracast ON/OFF.
Q:   Are there any ports on the Subwoofer?
A:   Subwoofer: Has an AC IN port for power and a USB Port (used exclusively for software upgrade; it does not play MP3 music). It also features a PAIR button and an LED indicator.
Q:  How to switch between different input modes on the soundbar?
A:   Press the INPUT button on the soundbar or on the remote control to select the desired input source: BT, AUX, OPTICAL, TV eARC, or USB mode.
Q:   How to connect the soundbar to my TV using HDMI eARC?
A:   Use a High Speed ARC cable to connect the eARC port on the soundbar to the eARC connector on your TV. Press the INPUT button on the soundbar or remote to switch to eARC mode. Ensure that your TV supports the ARC-CEC and e-ARC function and that these settings are turned on in your TV menu.
Q:   How to connect the soundbar to my TV or digital device using an Optical cable?
A:   Connect an optical cable from the OPTICAL connector on the soundbar to the OPTICAL OUT connector on the TV or other device. Set the TV audio output to PCM Stereo or Stereo 2.0. Press the INPUT button to activate OPTICAL mode.
Q:   How to use the AUX input for audio playback?
A:  Use a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable (or RCA to 3.5mm) to connect your device (PC, smartphone, TV) to the AUX socket on the soundbar. Short-press the INPUT button on the soundbar or remote to switch to AUX mode.
Q:  How to connect a device via Bluetooth?
A:  Switch the soundbar to BT mode using the INPUT button. On your BT device, switch on Bluetooth and search for "JUKE BAR 9920" to pair. If prompted for a password, use "0000".
Q:  How can I play music from a USB drive?
A:   Connect a USB flash drive containing MP3 audio files to the USB port on the soundbar. The soundbar automatically switches to USB input mode when the drive is inserted.(Max capacity 32GB)
Q:  How to adjust the Bass, Treble, and Center levels?
A:   Press the Setup button (gear icon) on the remote control to select the parameter you want to adjust (Bass, Treble, or Center). Use the "+" button to increase the level or the "-" button to decrease it (Range: -5 to +5).
Q:  How to use the Auracast feature?
A:  Connect via Bluetooth, then press the Setup button on the remote to select the Auracast effect. Use the "+" button to turn Auracast ON (TX mode) or the "-" button to turn it OFF .
Q:  How to use Dolby Atmos?
A:  Dolby Atmos is only available in TV (eARC) mode. Ensure your TV supports Dolby Atmos and connect via a High Speed ARC cable. Make sure "No Encoding" (bitstream) is selected in the digital audio output settings of your connected device.
Q:  What do the LED indicators on the wireless subwoofer mean?
A:   Slowly flashing blue LED: Indicates the subwoofer is in standby or not paired with the main soundbar.
Quickly flashing blue LED: Indicates the subwoofer is in pairing mode.
Solid blue LED: Indicates a successful pairing with the main soundbar.
