Q: How to factory reset ZEB-ONE TAG?
A: To factory reset Quickly long press 5 times on the Zeb logo, press the first tour time once and fifth time hold down until you hear reset sound.
Q:  How to turn off & on ZEB-ONE TAG?
A: To turn on press the Zeb logo once and to turn off long press the button for 3 seconds.
Q:  Does ZEB-ONE TAG make a sound when locating items?
A:   Yes. The tag includes a built-in buzzer that can emit a sound.
