Q: How to connect ZEB-PARADISE PLUS?
A: Press and hold the “MFB” button to power ON the headphone.The headphone enters BT
mode as soon as it is powered ON. Now search for nearby BT devices in your audio source
device. Tap on the BT name "ZEB-PARADISE PLUS" to pair.
NOTE: Refer LED indication and make sure aux is not connected already.
Q: What are the different LED indications in ZEB-PARADISE PLUS?
A: Charging - Constant Red LED glows
Full Charge - Red LED goes OFF
Bluetooth Discover Mode - Blue and Red LED blinks rapidly.
Bluetooth Connected - Constant Blue LED, then LED goes off.
Q: How to use the call function in ZEB-PARADISE PLUS?
A: To Answer/ hung up an incoming call: single press the "MFB or Power button". To reject an incoming call : Long press the “MFB” button for 2 secs to reject an incoming call.
Q: How to use AUX cable in ZEB-PARADISE PLUS?
A: Connect one end of the 3.5mm aux cable to the headphone and connect the other end to any compatible audio source device. (Example: Mobile, Tablet, Laptop, Desktop Computer, etc). Media controls can be done via the audio source device. (Make sure to power on the headphone to use BT mode after removing the aux cable)
Q: How to change the mode for Gaming mode?
A: Double press the MFB button to enable gaming mode and repeat the process to enter into music mode.
Q: How to control media and volume in ZEB-PARADISE PLUS?
A: Single press "+" button: Increase Volume
Single press "-" button: Decrease Volume
Single press "MFB or Power button" to Answer/Hang up the phone call.
Long press "+" button for Next Track
Long press "-" button for Previous Track
Long press "Play/Pause" until you hear a single beep to activate Voice Assistant function.
Double press the "Play/Pause" to switch the EQ mode.
Q: How to activate Dual Pairing in ZEB-PARADISE PLUS?

A: Step 1: Pair with one-device (Do not unpair).

Step 2: Turn OFF the BT in the first device.
Step 3: Pair with the Second device.
Step 4: Now you can turn on the first device and the headphone will automatically pair with the
first device (if your device is compatible) else tap on “ZEB-PARADISE PLUS” in the BT
settings on your first device.


Q: How to activate voice assistance in ZEB-PARADISE PLUS?
A: When the headphone is connected with a smart phone, long press the Play/Pause button for 2 seconds to activate the phone's voice assistant function.
Q: How to charge ZEB-PARADISE PLUS?
A: Kindly use a 5V DC adapter and Type C cable to charge the headphone.
