FAQ - Zeb-Juke Bar 3500


Q: How to access the various modes of the ZEB - JUKE BAR 3500 soundbar?
A: The INPUT button, provided on the remote or on the soundbar can be pressed to change the mode of connectivity. Below are the LED indications for input mode:

RED - Standby mode
BLUE - BT mode
GREEN - AUX mode
YELLOW - CO AXIAL mode
CYAN - HDMI ARC mode
PINK - USB mode
Q: How to connect the soundbar's HDMI ARC with the TV?
A: Kindly make sure that the TV which is used, supports HDMI ARC for audio.
Connect an HDMI ARC supported cable (version 1.4 or above with a minimum data transfer rate of 10.2Gbps) to the HDMI ARC port of the TV and the other end to the HDMI ARC port of the soundbar.
Enter the HDMI input mode using the input button.
Enable the External Audio or Speaker settings of your TV (only if required).
Q: How to connect with ZEB - JUKE BAR 3500 for wireless music?
A: Power ON the soundbar and enter into BT mode using the input button.
Scan for nearby BT on your device's BT menu and tap the name 'ZEB - JUKE BAR 3500”  to connect.
Q: How to use COAXIAL input to connect with TV?
A: Kindly make sure that the TV which is used, supports COAXIAL output for audio.
Connect a COAXIAL cable to the COAXIAL output port of the TV and the other end to the COAXIAL input of the soundbar.
Enter the COAXIAL input mode using the input button.
Enable the External Audio or Speaker settings of your TV (only if required).
Q: How to use AUX input to connect with TV?
A: A: Kindly make sure that your TV supports audio output (via RCA or headphone output port)* to use AUX input mode.

*If your TV supports RCA stereo audio output, use a RCA stereo to 3.5mm AUX cable to connect it with the soundbar. Please refer image below:

Enable the External Audio or Speaker settings of your TV (only if required).
 
Q: How to adjust the soundbar’s audio output with the remote?
A: .Please use the TREB +/- and BASS +/- options in the remote to adjust the High and low frequencies respectively.
Try adjusting the levels as per your requirement.
The remote also provides preset equaliser options such as MUSIC / NEWS / MOVIE / 3D modes additionally.
